Slack: post in channel when someone is going on Blinktime

The Slack status update is useful, but it's sometimes not ideal to find a perso and check their status before deciding if I should message them. It might be useful to have a feature in the Slack integration that posted in a channel when someone was going on Blinktime, saying something like "Sue is taking some Blinktime, returning at X"
