Split workback into different durations

when you are working back time, it only allows you to “workback” the same amount of time that you have booked of Blinktime - for example, if you book an hour's worth of Blinktime, it only allows you to input a complete hour of work back - you can't split this into two half hours on the day, but it would be useful to be able to do this
